MComp ® FRP Safety Caged Ladder

MComp ® FRP Safety Caged Ladder are fabricated from fiberglass thru pultrusion process and designed, engineered and custom- fabricated in accordance with OSHA standards, Section 1910.27, entitled "Fixed Ladders". The ladders are designed to meet minimum requirement load of 200Ib concentrated at mid-point of the rung with safety factor of 4.0.

All ladder side rails, rungs, ladder mounting brackets and cage straps are FRP structural shapes manufactured by the pultrusion process. Cage hoops and brackets are produced by the open molded hand lay-up method. All structural shapes are composed of fiberglass reinforcement and resin. Rung to side rail connections are bonded and pinned with a FRP rod to prevent any possibility of rung rotation and pullout. Rungs have a factory applied epoxy/base nonskid grit surface for maximum safety.
